  • Shelby Taulbee

Shelby works with adults who are dealing with addiction, trauma, and feeling stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break. Many of the people she works with feel overwhelmed, numb, or unsure of how to move forward. Some are in crisis, while others are just tired of carrying everything on their own and ready for something to change.

She has over 10 years of experience working in inpatient, outpatient, and community settings, supporting individuals through challenges like depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and complex life experiences. Shelby has also worked with veterans and individuals impacted by severe trauma, helping them begin to make sense of what they’ve been through.

Shelby takes a flexible, personalized approach to therapy. She draws from a variety of methods including CBT, DBT, trauma-focused work, and somatic techniques, focusing on what actually works for you. She is also a Certified Spiritual Counselor and can incorporate deeper conversations around meaning, purpose, and personal growth when that’s important to you.

Her goal is simple: to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported while doing real, meaningful work toward change.
