  • Lauren Muscott

Lauren is a compassionate, client-centered therapist offering in-person sessions to adults (ages 18+) in Indiana. Lauren believes therapy should be a space where clients feel safe to explore who they are, what they want, and how to bring about the change they want to see in their lives.

Lauren enjoys working with clients who may be feeling stuck, unfulfilled, or weighed down by anxiety, depression, or negative self-talk. Some clients come to therapy struggling to find motivation or meaning, while others are navigating identity, relationships, or life transitions. No matter the concern, Lauren strives to provide a supportive, judgment-free environment where healing and self-understanding can begin.

Lauren’s approach to therapy is collaborative and client-led. Sessions move at the client’s pace and focus on the client’s self-identified needs, whether that means learning new coping skills, challenging limiting beliefs, or simply having space to be heard. Lauren integrates talk therapy and motivational interviewing to help clients gain insight, build skills, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and intentional.

Lauren is particularly passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ clients and supporting individuals as they explore identity, self-worth, and belonging. Lauren believes individual healing has a ripple effect, contributing to stronger, healthier communities. What Lauren finds most meaningful about this work is building genuine therapeutic relationships and witnessing clients’ personal growth.

Clients can expect Lauren to offer unconditional support, thoughtful collaboration, and a space that honors their lived experience. Lauren values feedback and works alongside clients to create goals that feel meaningful and attainable. Lauren hopes clients leave therapy feeling truly seen, grounded in their worth, and empowered to live life on their own terms.

Outside of the therapy room, Lauren is an avid reader, a board-game enthusiast, and someone who will happily stop to admire every leaf and flower on a hike—values that reflect curiosity, connection, and slowing down to notice what matters.
