Nicholas Wright
Nicholas Wright is a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides affirming, trauma-informed care to individuals and couples navigating concerns related to identity, relationships, and emotional well-being. He is passionate about helping clients live more authentically, reconnect with themselves, and build lives that feel intentional and meaningful.
Nicholas works with adults across a wide range of concerns, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, men’s issues, sexuality, sex and intimacy concerns, and relationship challenges. He offers a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore identity, build confidence, and strengthen their connection to what matters most. Nicholas believes therapy should go beyond symptom management and support deeper growth, self-compassion, and a renewed sense of purpose.
His clinical approach is integrative, collaborative, and rooted in respect for each client’s unique experience. Nicholas is trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma-informed care, and Food and Mood interventions. Drawing from his background in music, fashion design, and creative expression, he thoughtfully incorporates creative elements into sessions when appropriate to support emotional exploration and personal insight.
Nicholas is deeply committed to advocacy and ongoing professional development. He has volunteered with Lighthouse Youth and Family Services and regularly attends professional conferences. He is an active member of the American Counseling Association, including its divisions SAIGE and ACC.
Outside of the therapy room, Nicholas enjoys singing, songwriting, designing clothing, traveling, running, and spending time in nature. His creativity and curiosity naturally extend into his clinical work, where he is dedicated to helping clients feel seen, empowered, and supported throughout their healing journey.
